AHK represents the initials of our owner Kyle's three children: Atreyu, Hayden, and Kinsley. Family is at the heart of everything we do.

What areas do you serve?

We serve homeowners across Colorado's Front Range, from Fort Collins to Castle Rock. Our home base is Brighton, CO. For jobs outside this area, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

Every job we complete comes with a 5-year labor and parts warranty. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

We handle remodels (bathroom, kitchen, basement), repairs, rebuilds, house cleaning, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, doors and windows, landscaping, seasonal services, and more. If it's in your home, chances are we can help.

Do you do design work for remodels?

Yes! We work directly with you on design from start to finish. AHK is a true one-stop shop, from design through installation.

What services do you NOT offer?

We don't handle HVAC, roofing, major structural work, or tree removal. We're happy to refer you to a trusted specialist for those.

Do you offer house cleaning?

Yes! We offer quick cleans, deep cleans, and move-out cleaning services.

Yes, every estimate is completely free. We'll come to your home, assess the project, and provide an honest, no-obligation quote.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards through Square.

Is a deposit required?

For larger remodel projects, we collect a 50% deposit to order materials and schedule the work. For smaller handyman jobs, payment is collected on completion.

We don't currently offer financing, but we always work to provide fair and competitive pricing.

We're available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. On weekends, we take phone calls and schedule appointments. After-hours availability is also available for urgent situations.
