    Terms & Conditions

    Welcome to AHK Handyman LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

    1. Services

    AHK Handyman LLC provides residential handyman, remodel, repair, house cleaning, and related services throughout Colorado's Front Range, from Fort Collins to Castle Rock. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured company. We do not provide commercial services, HVAC, roofing, major structural work, or tree removal.

    2. Free Estimates

    We provide free on-site estimates for all projects. An estimate is not a binding contract. Final pricing may be adjusted based on the actual scope of work, unforeseen conditions discovered during the project, or changes requested by the customer.

    3. Scheduling & Availability

    Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend availability is limited to phone calls and scheduling only. Project timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permit requirements, or other factors beyond our control.

    4. Payment Terms

    • Remodel Projects: A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
    • Smaller Jobs: Full payment is due upon completion of the work.
    • We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
    • If payment is not received within 30 days of project completion, a late fee may apply.

    5. Warranty

    AHK Handyman LLC stands behind our work with a 5-year labor and parts warranty. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials used by AHK Handyman LLC. The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage resulting from natural disasters, flooding, or acts of God
    • Materials supplied by the customer
    • Pre-existing conditions not related to our work

    6. Customer Responsibilities

    As a customer, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate information about the project and property
    • Ensure reasonable access to the work area
    • Secure pets and valuables during service appointments
    • Communicate any concerns or changes promptly
    • Obtain necessary homeowner association (HOA) approvals if required

    7. Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits for remodel projects are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun, except at the sole discretion of AHK Handyman LLC.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    AHK Handyman LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    9. Property Damage

    We take every precaution to protect your property during service. If accidental damage occurs as a direct result of our work, we will repair or compensate for the damage at our expense. Please report any damage within 48 hours of project completion.

    10. Permits & Compliance

    When required by local building codes, AHK Handyman LLC will obtain necessary permits. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the project estimate. All work is performed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

    11. Dispute Resolution

    In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the laws of the State of Colorado, with venue in Adams County.

    12. Website Use

    The content on this website is for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the content. Use of this website does not create a contractor-client relationship.

    13. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
